Collated data

The collated data are the observations selected from the input L2P files (swath files). There is each day at most one pixel selected per sensor and per grid point. This allow to visualize the data which are actually taken into account in the optimal interpolation.

Difference between observed and estimated pixel

These plots exhibit the difference between the estimation performed by the optimal interpolation and the input observation selected within the collated files and processed by the interpolator.
